I have put the chick into my large cage to be socialized with the other birds. The chick is definitely a female her cere is light tan with white rings around the nostrils. She is doing great and seems to be making friends with the adult birds. Violet and Zeus have laid six eggs. The first egg was laid the 24th the second was laid on the 26th the third was laid on the 28th the fourth egg was laid on the 30th the fifth was laid on the 1st and the last sixth was laid on the 3rd.
