Zeus and Violet's three little chicks aren't so little any more. They are almost weaned. I have been giving them seeds when I take them out for a couple weeks now. They can climb the cage walls now and get to the food and water dishes all by themselves. Sometimes they do get lazy and beg Zeus to feed them. Next week I will be placing them into my big cage so they can get use to new surroundings and other birds.
 
As for the spring breeding pairs...
Diego and La fiesta are getting along just fine. I have seen them mating but La fiesta hasn't stayed in the nest for to long. I have seen the both of them hoping in and out of the nest though. It wont be long. Dusty and Stella have two eggs. the first was laid on the 23 and the second was laid on the 24. Apollo and Grace have three eggs. The first was born on the 20 the second 22 and the third the 25. Tut and Beau don't seem to be bonding. I will probably try pairing them off with other mates next breeding season. Prince and Athena have been Looking at the nest and Prince has been flirting but no eggs just yet. I was hoping for a better season than this winters it looks like I'm going to get my wish.
